High-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose is a high-performance tubular rubber product, primarily used for transporting gases, liquids, slurries, or granular materials. It is manufactured from specialized synthetic rubber, offering excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance. The hose has a high pressure-bearing capacity, superior pulse performance, a tightly bonded structure, and is flexible, exhibiting minimal deformation under pressure. Furthermore, the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose possesses good bending resistance and fatigue resistance, with a considerable length that can be customized as needed. The standard length for diameters greater than φ32 is typically 20 meters, while lengths for diameters less than φ25 can reach ten meters or even exceed one hundred meters.
The structure of the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose consists of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, and layers I, II, and III of the steel wire braided layer, along with an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer is responsible for withstanding the pressure of the transported medium and protecting the steel wire from corrosion; the outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage; the steel wire braided layer serves as a skeleton material, providing reinforcement.
This rubber hose is suitable for various working environments, such as aircraft fuel systems, hydraulic supports in mines, oil field extraction, and hydraulic systems of construction machinery. It has a wide working temperature range, with oil media usable between -40°C and 100°C, air media usable between -30°C and 50°C, and water emulsions suitable for environments below 80°C.
