The fabric-reinforced rubber hose is a high-performance conveying pipeline, mainly composed of an inner rubber layer, multiple layers of fabric winding, and an outer rubber layer (some products also include a spiral steel wire reinforcement layer). This unique structural design endows the fabric-reinforced rubber hose with various excellent properties, such as small outer diameter tolerance, oil resistance, excellent heat resistance, as well as being lightweight, flexible, and durable. Its minimum burst pressure is four times the working pressure, ensuring stability and reliability during use.
Fabric-reinforced rubber hoses are widely used in various fields and can be divided into several types based on the conveyed medium. For example, water hoses are suitable for general water conveyance in environments ranging from -20℃ to 45℃; air hoses are suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gases, also applicable in -20℃ to 45℃ environments; oil-resistant hoses are specifically designed for conveying conventional petroleum, also suitable for -20℃ to 45℃ environments; heat-resistant hoses can withstand water temperatures below 100℃; steam hoses are suitable for conveying hot water or saturated steam below 170℃; acid and alkali-resistant hoses can convey dilute acid and alkali solutions with concentrations below 40% in environments ranging from -20℃ to 45℃; sandblasting hoses are suitable for pressure sandblasting rust removal and polishing of metal surfaces; water and oil suction and discharge hoses have a high working pressure, ranging from 1.0 to 1.5 MPa; food-grade suction and discharge hoses are specifically designed for discharging and suctioning liquids such as beer, beverages, and edible oils at room temperature, ensuring that the taste and color remain unchanged and comply with food rubber hygiene requirements.
