High-pressure hoses are pipelines used to transport petroleum-based fluids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water) under certain pressure and temperature. They are widely used in hydraulic supports in mines, oil field development, construction engineering, lifting and transportation, metallurgy and forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors for mechanization and automation.
High-pressure hoses are mainly divided into high-pressure steel wire braided oil hoses and high-pressure steel wire wrapped oil hoses according to their manufacturing process. Among them, the structure of high-pressure steel wire wrapped hoses consists of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, a steel wire reinforcement layer with four or more alternating layers, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer withstands the pressure of the transported medium and protects the steel wire from corrosion; the outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from damage; the steel wire reinforcement layer serves as a skeleton material, providing reinforcement. This structure allows high-pressure steel wire wrapped hoses to withstand extremely high working pressures, reaching up to 70-120MPa.
There are various types of high-pressure hoses, including 4SP type four-layer steel wire wrapped medium pressure hoses, 4SH type four-layer steel wire wrapped high pressure hoses, R12 type four-layer steel wire wrapped medium pressure oil hoses for harsh conditions at high temperatures, R13 type multi-layer steel wire wrapped high pressure oil hoses for harsh conditions at high temperatures, and R15 type multi-layer steel wire wrapped ultra-high pressure oil hoses for harsh conditions at high temperatures. These different types of high-pressure hoses can meet the usage requirements under various complex working conditions.
